📍 Do you really come to me?

Yes! RepairThere is a fully mobile service. We come to your home, office, or any location that’s convenient for you and perform the repair on-site. No waiting rooms. No mailing your phone. Just fast, expert service where you are.


💵 How does your pricing work?

We use a simple flat-fee model so you always know what to expect:

  • $60 for a single repair
  • $100 for multiple repairs (on the same device during the same visit)
  • + The cost of the part(s)
  • $15 distance fee if you’re outside our regular service area

We’ll always provide a full quote before starting any work.


🛠 What kind of parts do you use?

We offer three types of parts to suit your needs and budget:

  • Good Quality Aftermarket – The most affordable option; ideal for older or backup devices
  • Premium Aftermarket – High-grade parts that closely match original performance
  • OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) – Genuine parts for the highest quality and compatibility

We’ll let you know what’s available for your device and help you choose what’s best for you.


🕒 How long does a typical repair take?

Most repairs take 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the issue and the device. We’ll let you know what to expect when booking.


📱 What devices do you repair?

We specialize in:

  • Smartphones (Apple, Samsung, Google, and more)
  • Tablets (including iPads and Android models)
  • Select game consoles (HDMI port repair, power issues, cleaning, etc.)

🧾 Do you offer any warranty?

Yes! We stand by our work with a 1-year warranty on all repairs. This covers both parts and labor, as long as there’s no physical or liquid damage to the device after the repair.


💧 Can you fix water-damaged devices?

Yes—we offer cleaning and diagnostics for water-damaged phones and tablets. While not all water-damaged devices can be fully restored, we’ll do our best and give you honest advice about the outcome and cost before starting. Just be aware that our 1-year warranty does not apply to water-damaged device services.


🚗 What areas do you serve?

We’re based in London, Ontario and proudly serve London and surrounding areas. A small $15 extended distance fee applies for locations outside our standard service range. Not sure if you’re in range? Just send us a message!


📆 How do I book a repair?

🔒 Is my data safe during a repair?

Yes. We do not access or interfere with your personal data during the repair process. For peace of mind, we recommend backing up your device before we begin—especially for more complex repairs.


What if my device isn’t repairable?

If we diagnose your device and find that the repair isn’t possible or cost-effective, we’ll tell you honestly—no pressure or fees unless a repair is completed.
